Shipping, Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies

SHIPPING:  I offer white glove shipping at an estimated rate of $250 per chair ($500 for settees) within the  continental United States - lower 48 only. Message me your zip code  before placing your order, so I can share the actual shipping cost to your location. Your cost may be slightly higher or lower, depending on your location.  

Free delivery is available in the Houston, Texas area - Austin,  Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller, and Wharton counties 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Because of the time and expense involved in design, upholstery, and shipping, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted on furniture items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

CANCELLATION: Custom orders may or may not be cancelled, depending on when the cancellation is requested and whether or not work has begun on your piece. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is at the discretion of the seller.
